What to Expect
The Investigation
We examine the physical structure and all of the intricate systems of a house, from the tip of the roof to the lowdown on its foundation. Plan that your inspection will roughly take us about 2 to 4 hours to complete (dependent on the of the size and condition of the home).
Your Report
After the inspection is complete, we will send you over our comprehensive inspection report (often within 24 to 48 hours) that covers the findings, photos, analysis and then discuss with you our genuine recommendations.

Guidance from a respected and seasoned Local Contractor. We educate you every step of the way with what we have learned from our over 25 yrs in the local trades around these parts, and from being homeowners and property owners ourselves!
We recommend that you attend your inspection, although it is not required. Here we can answer any questions that may and always arise. We can point out maintenance requirements of the home’s systems and will make sure that you know how exactly to operate them (where’s that pilot light again?). You will learn about the various appliances and their components, and we will show you where those all important shutoffs are located.
You will also have the unique benefit of a contractor on hand that can inform you realistically about the workability (and the cost involved) of any ideas and changes that you may have in mind for the property.
